These Terms & Conditions govern your engagement with GlassFront Markets for vending, cooler installation, micro-market, or subsidized pantry services. GlassFront Markets retains full ownership and control of all equipment, products, and operations at your location. By accepting our services, you agree to these terms and our standard service agreement. Service agreements may be modified or terminated by either party with written notice.

Service Agreement & Liability

GlassFront Markets manages all aspects of service delivery including equipment placement, product selection, pricing, and maintenance. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption. Your location must provide safe, appropriate space for equipment. GlassFront Markets is not responsible for employee purchasing decisions or dietary choices related to vending products. All revenue from vending operations belongs to GlassFront Markets.
