Refund Policy

GlassFront Markets operates on service agreements with location partners. Because our services are customized installations and ongoing management, refunds are not applicable. If you wish to discontinue service, cancellation terms 
  are outlined in your service agreement. Any equipment or materials installed remain the property of GlassFront Markets and will be removed upon service termination.

Service Cancellation & Termination

Service cancellations must be submitted in writing with the notice period specified in your service agreement. Upon cancellation, GlassFront Markets will remove all equipment, coolers, or vending installations within 30 days. Locations are responsible for any damage to equipment beyond normal wear. Early termination may result in equipment removal fees as outlined in your service agreement.
